Latest version. Is confusing

I travel to different cities frequently for work and use the app on a regular basis. The latest update is confusing. Classes that I know are available are not showing up but I can’t figure out what filters I have on that are causing them not to show.

Minus 5 starts if i could. I got rid of this app after my waxing stopped using it and also it never worked anyway. I got it back again to sign up for work out classes and it continues to never work . Always an error. What is the point of it never works ?!
Horrible “upgrade” to interface

I used to love this app immensely and used it all the time to book classes. They’ve changed the interface of it and it’s a complete disaster. I absolutely cannot stand the new design and features. It’s far less user friendly and makes the user do more work just to even find classes. I will be deleting it.

The app is easy to maneuver through and search for various services. It’s also easy to contact an individual company and schedule and pay for classes.
The new version doesn’t work on iPhone X

The app gets stuck AG the new feature tutorial start up. None of the buttons to skip tutorials work; skip or done.

I’ve used this app for years but the recent update has made it impossible to get past the main screen! Major bug issues, now unusable.

I don’t like the new version. The font looks childish. Less info is available because of the map that comes up. New version opens to a home page not favorites. The simplicity of previous version was better as well as the whole layout. Bummer, it was nice to look at before.
Update makes app really laggy

The latest update changed the UI, which is fine even though it’s now more complicated to navigate. However, it has also become super laggy, swiping between days on the schedule takes longer and doesn’t always update! I have an iPhone X so I know it isn’t my phone being too old.
