Impossible to quickly find my favorites and even more difficult to make reservations and changes. It’s a big thumbs DOWN. Unfortunately, I must use it to attend my studios of choice.

This app has become horrible! The print is so unnecessarily small that I must use my reading glasses to select my choice and I still can barely read it. Why does it need to look like Facebook? Just make it easy to use and go back to the way it was. Current version is Boo!
Calendar integration has bugs

UPDATED 5/14: ❤️ the new but don’t like the calendar integration. Every time I book a class, the information is sent to my calendar (iOS/iPhone). YAY! But if I cancel a class in the app, the original calendar event is deleted and a blank event (at the same time) remains. When I try to delete the blank event, my iPhone calendar app shuts down. This blank record is on EVERY SINGLE cancelled event. Please fix this issue. Thank you.
iPhone syncing issues

My classes do not consistently sync with the widget in my iPhone home screen. The classes randomly appear and disappear without me doing anything. Most of the time I get “give your calendar a little love” even though I always have classes scheduled.
Took my money and no class

I scheduled a spin class paid $20 went there early only to be told nothing was scheduled and because I paid through third party and they refused to refund the money. SCAM THIEVES CRAP.

The app is fantastic to use (booking and canceling and seeing at a glance my schedule etc) but I wasn’t being able to use paid passes at one of my yoga places An email to support had replies very soon and an intelligent man Michael figured out what was wrong and fixed it, all in a couple of hours from my contacting them. Could not be happier!
Searching for gyms...

This app used to be great. Now when you just search for gyms you’re forced to pick a time frame. Awful. Hate it. Dumbest change ever.

Connects to everything in my area. Love it for anything fitness related. Haven’t used it for beauty bc I have my places but I would definitely use it in a city I didn’t know.
