Asks for reviews too much

I’d be working on my document right now, but Word wanted a review, so here it is. One star because it’s more focused on me reviewing it than on letting me get my work done.

Always liked Word!

Accessories Queen

Was easy to use, store and send out.

Digital Version: Only 89% Of A Full Program

Thea-longer-than-anyone-else

Please, don’t ANYONE come back with, "Just use your desk/laptop." Apart from diminished portability, there are myriad reasons lap/desk can be untenable. I use MS WORD on my iPad, with a monthly subscription payment. Too many needed functions, especially formatting functions, are not available in this version. Basic things, like Hard Spaces. Hard Pages, yes; Spaces, no. Really!?! Yes. I’m working on a complicated doc in excess (this time) of 300 pages. I NEED fine formatting control. My solution, finally, was to experiment with an Apple Magic Keyboard. The drawback is the Magic Keyboard MSRP, especially on the 'full' keyboard (side number pad included), which prices out close to a cheap laptop. I got very lucky and found one, new, about 75% below MSRP. The problem turns out to be that in the app version of MS Word, there is no way to fully substitute for the (basic) physical keyboard keys: <shift>, <control>, <option>, or <command>. IF there is, it’s virtually unfindable, after on-line searching of nearly six months, looking for those answers. Summation: If you can afford the Magic Keyboard, or plan to create only simple documents, the MS WORD app is wonderful. And, congrats, MicroSoft! You created an Apple purchase must-have!
