Subscription Based Software is the Worst

Whatever happened to software licenses that you bought and paid for once? This subscription version requires a log in after start that is annoying and is slow to respond. I have to look up or reset my password more often than not. By the time I gain access, I have lost the train of thought. I plan to switch back to pen on paper for creative work and will look for other word processing software for draft and final versions. Steve

I’m glad I have Word on my iPad, but it’s so SLOW sometimes. There’s also no indication as to whether my new edits have saved, so I’m constantly operating on a prayer that everything I just did will be there when I get back (hasn’t let me down yet). If I turn off my WiFi, I cannot open my docs (maybe because they are saved on iCloud?), but when things get slow, I’ll exit out of any other apps in use and turn the WiFi off when my doc is already opened. I hope this is helpful and that we can get this app up and running faster. thank you! Great to have this available at the very least.
