Played two games Klondike with grandmaster difficulty. Something Didn't seem right so I played another one- except this time i only played the moves that the hints offered. Om that game I “technically” didn’t have any moves left. But the only move the game could make was to keep moving a 3 of diamonds back and forth ??♂️.
Themes broke in recent updates.

This is a fantastic app. I’ve been a loyal user for years, playing thousands of hours as I listened to audiobooks in bed each night. Recent updates however have made me dread opening the app. I use a custom theme, amoled black background with the default cards. For some reason now, themes are lost every time I close the app and have to be downloaded again. It’s annoying to have to click through the “new content” dialogs, download that updated content, enter themes, download the themes, and the pick the one I like to use, every single time I want to play. It use to work flawlessly. Now I’m in search of another solitaire app.
Timer glitched

Need to fix timer in events. Timer doesn’t stop at game finish, constantly adds time while system is acknowledging that it has an issue. A problem that never occurs when I’m doing daily challenges or just playing. Why when the amount of time is crucial for ranking won’t the timer stop. Sometimes I even have to close the app and replay the level while the timer is still running, usually after watching an ad. Today I didn’t even start the level because I needed to get off game for a bit & when I finished next level at least 30 minutes was added to my time. Please fix this as it ruins my enjoyment of the events which is my favorite part of your app. TIMER SHOULD STOP WHEN THE CHALLENGE IS ACHIEVED!

Says I have no more moves when I clearly do 4 of diamonds can clearly be played. Please fix this. Several games don’t work. It says “out of moves when that’s clearly not the case. Microsoft doesn’t reply when notified.
Fix the event timeout issue

Sometimes when I play events and complete a level, the game is unable to save my results. When this happens, I have to quit the app and restart, but the event timer keeps running and destroys my time. Sometimes when I switch from WiFi to cellular data this fixes the issue and I can save, but this is rare. If you can’t fix the issue, at least make the timer stop when you complete the stage instead of saving after the “completed” screen that may or may not load. This issue has been around for some time and I’ve had enough. Maybe I will restore my paid subscription when this issue is fixed.

So glad the ads aren’t invasive, like other solitaire apps on the app store. That was very important to me. And best of all, when you win, the cards jump like they do on Windows. So happy
Freezes

If you participate in the daily competitors, the entire game freezes and loses your score. You have to play the game over and then it add your times from the first time to the second.
