I refuse to play a game when Microsoft offered this for free. The ads don’t really bother me BUT now I can’t get into the game because of an ad that comes up when I want to start a new game! Removing came from my phone.

Could be a 5 star app, easily. Except ads...

what should be a no brainer app for m$ and they still manage to screw it up. want to play a quick game of solitaire? first sit through this ad. pathetic m$. i get it, you care only about money. there are ways to do ads that aren’t obnoxious and annoying. the next time i launch the game and have to watch an ad before i can even play a game will be the last time i launch this app.

I love this game, have the subscription version, and am Level 105 in Spider. I use this app most days and have spent hours playing. But the most recent update prevents me from listening to music or audiobooks in other apps! Why??? I’m not going to play like I love to if I can’t listen to my other apps! Please change this back!

All was goof then one day can’t connect to internet, have tried every suggestion given by Xbox and community still not working, this is crazy . If Apple don’t fix soon deleting game, shouldn’t be charged for incompetence

For the past month it will not connect to the internet and constantly crashes. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, play on a different device and even restarted my phone. Nothing is helping! Your FAQ section does and says nothing about this. It’s not giving me an error code either. Playing on an iPhone 11 and Galaxy s10

Just want to say thank you to the managers/developers of MS Solitaire for giving us all these daily games and challenges through this Pandemic. It has definitely helped to keep me sane and I play so much that I have definitely improved. THANK YOU so much.??✌?❤️

Favorite Solitaire App

I’ve tried multiple solitaire apps and this one is the best. I love the 5 different types of solitaire so that you have some variety. My favorite part of the app is the daily challenges they have (5 per day) and there are other challenges like the daily events. There’s a good range in difficulty so you can be challenged (expert/master) or just play for fun (easy). They’ve definitely figured out how to get people hooked on their app with all their challenges, badges and awards! My only problem with the app is that there is often a glitch in the daily events. You are timed on how long it takes you to complete all events and ranked based on your time. However sometimes the game times out and you have to do the puzzle over and sometimes it will count time you are not playing (for example, I did half the challenges, came back and it added the 5 1/2 hours break to my time). It’s not the biggest deal but if you’re being ranked based on your time it would be nice if the time was accurate. It would also be nice to be able to pause while you’re playing.

I’ve been enjoying playing the game but events really need some work. It’s really frustrating playing through an event level only to have to completely restart because the app can’t connect to the server (at least I’m guessing that’s the issue). You’ll get stuck with a spinning loading screen that offers you to cancel but of course you lose that play through and have to start again. Please fix this!
