The ads before EVERY game have ruined this app. I’ve played this app for several years, but the addition of the obnoxious ads mean I’m deleting it. Not paying a subscription fee to play. Greed ruins everything.

Never fails, almost every other day (some times several days in a row), I finish a challenge in the daily event and I don’t know if it’s because of the ads constantly trying to load and/or refresh or if there’s a server issue, but the connection somehow gets lost. I sit and wait while the thing twirls but nothing happens even though I am on wifi and have full bars. So, I wait, then get annoyed, close out app and come back. Then I have to repeat level again. Okay, fine.. whatever. But to make matters worse, when I finally complete it the second time, I am given a grand total time of the first round plus the second and the timeframe it sat there twirling all because of your software issues... messes up my time on the daily event and it’s frustrating! I want to get a good time to hopefully be in the top 10 but it is a rarity since your app isn’t functioning properly. Please fix this! I am not sure if it’s the ads messing it up or what but if so, I shouldn’t have to pay for no ads to get your app to work as it should. Smh...
Server issues and you need more games in the daily events

It is really irritating to have completed a complicated game and have to play it again due to server access issues and a restart to clear it-then insult upon injury- time for that game includes the first game and second played when you finish it successfully twice. It seems to me that you could have more than 5 games a day in the events, ten or better fifteen would be great. Other than the above the app is great.

I have loved this game for years. Suddenly ads appear and won’t go away, but Microsoft has my $10. Still true!

Nothing like beating a hard or expert game only for the app to fail to save the progress. Happens constantly. There have got to be better solitaire apps, don’t waste your time.

There are paid for ads and unpaid for ads. The later are there just to waste your time so that you’ll pay money to make them go away. Those last 30s and cannot be dismissed, considering the number of players, each ad costs the planet about 5K hours.
Losing progress

Every time I do the daily challenges there is at least one that has trouble saving and I have to redo because there’s a bug that causes it to sit on the saving/loading screen and won’t do anything no matter how long I let it sit there. I have to close out the app and redo the challenge.
