You became a copy of gmail. I only used this app bc I could create sub folders on the fly, unlike gmail.

I have used this email for years and I love it. Other email services fill your page with junk that no one wants to see. Thus making it difficult to focus on what is required. As long as they continue to be the great provider they are I will use this service.

Latest update now truncates emails at ~5 images otherwise I have to "read more" and open in webview. This is rediculous and makes the app unusable for it's core use case. Outlook team please address this.

Besides the undeniable lag I have any time I try to open the app, or try to open an email directly from a notification, I've been able to use the app fine. Until recently where the bottom of every email is cut off. I've only noticed because I've been trying to unsubscribe from various emails but can't from this app because the bottom isn't visible.

App has had several updates and the icon badge still isn't updating with new emails. Junk Badge is not showing any emails and does not update

Ok, had enough. Uninstalling. Just dropped the rating to 1 star. Why, you ask? Now, many of my emails will only half (or less) load. And there is no way to view the rest. Nope. That update did not improve the performance either. Try again Sorry to tell you, but your “performance improvements “ failed. Performance declined rather than improved. It takes 12+ seconds before it will even show my inbox. Apple mail takes 2 seconds.

Wrote a huge email and sent it. Email Didn’t get sent and it vanished. What a huge waste of time.

I love Microsoft Windows and its the only system I care to use. I hate that Microsoft got out of the Windows phone production. When Windows had a phone it was better than SLICED BREAD!!! I have used Windows exclusively for almost 10 years now. Can’t stand the competitors. I’ve had to switch everything over to an iPhone and iPad Pro for my use as I’m able to get my equipment from one provider. I’ve had no issues with the IOS platform with any of my devices. (So far). Using the iPhone and iPad Pro combined has been so much cheaper than the Surface devices available. I had a Surface device for about 5 years, but couldn’t ever get it to work well with the iPhone. Really REALLY miss Windows phone.
