Come on Microsoft, you really don’t have to do this. Displaying ads along with mails really destroy the whole user experience, it is not worthy, really.

There are some basic things about this app that just shouldn’t be an issue, eg: a) always requires you to hit ‘load full message’ to include a chain when forwarding or replying to an email chain (which is basically every email I send); b) search involves too may presses; c) doesn’t save any/enough emails locally so if I’m on a plane without WiFi I can never find emails I need; d) spam filter just gets it wrong and needs to be able to be customized

Every now and then I get double alerts for the same email that shows up in my lock screen. I usually will delete and reinstall the app to fix but I'm finding I'm having to do this often.

This app really lacks a lot of functionality. It’s slow and has archaic navigation. For example, if I search emails, I cannot then batch process (eg archive or delete) from the search results screen. Moreover, the focused inbox rarely loads all conversations, requiring multiple taps on “load more”

On my calendar, I am not able to categorize my appts or mark them as private. Any chance that could be updated? Otherwise, it’s so great!

I use this app regularly and it is great all around. It makes it easy to connect to my student email for urgent messages I need to read sooner than later. That’s why one flaw is very troublesome for me as I have missed reading emails when I needed to reply on a deadline; when I update this app, it needs to be physically reopened and refreshed with wifi or data to begin giving notifications. The only other issue I have is that when I write a draft on the app, it is not registered on the desktop version and so I’ve had to email myself the draft and then copy/paste it to be able to send.

So I downloaded the app on my iPad, thinking it would benefit me. But I figured out that it useless. 1- there is no option for reporting emails as spams or phishing. 2- you cannot log out, there is an option called “ delete account”. So is that logging out, or deleting my account. They do not have the same meaning at all. Just fix the app, make it simple as the desktop version. You don’t need to be that complicated.

This app is now the slowest on any of my three iOS devices. It takes forever to load while you stare at a white screen. To make it worse, it will no longer run on my Apple Watch 4.
