Does not work with iPhone 8

Pokemon4

Using the same credentials as I have on my laptop, iPad and iPhone 5 this app does not work for Exchange servers. I can login to everything else but the iPhone 8 using the same credentials. When setting up it will trigger a prompt to login to Outlook.com. When the exchange provider is selected a second time it prompts for user and password but does nothing when the login button is clicked. If using the advanced option it will trigger a bogus invalid user or password error. Totally worthless app until this bug is fixed.

I love Outlook

I love Outlook very easy to send and receive email

Fixed iCloud Calendar

Big Mick from Connemara

Update: iCloud calendar seems to be working now. I’m updating my rating to four star as the app looks very promising now. I have tried to use this app ever since it first came out because it would be great to have email and calendar in one place. Unfortunately, it will not sync with my iCloud calendar and never has. It works great with Exchange, Outlook and Gmail - just not iCloud. The help desk hasn’t been able to help either.

Outlook

Speedy, works great

Junk Mail

Omnypl

Great app! The junk mail navigation and functionality should parallel the desktop/laptop version with respect selecting which email can be designated as phishing or junk or non junk.

Outlook is my favorite. Easy and fast. Very organized and diligent. Thank you Microsoft.

Worthless

Wasted an afternoon trying to get this garbage to work. Changing passwords to suit it. Verifying my identity. Verifying my identity. Verifying my identity. Still won’t let me log into anything. Then said there was suspicious activity in my account, perhaps trying to log in on a new device. Yes, that’s what I was trying to do. Jump through more hoops to prove I’m me. Still won’t let me log in. Then I found the perfect solution. I deleted it. I should have know better to start with, since Microsoft’s motto is practically “it won’t work and we don’t care.”

Solid App

I use Outlook a lot for grad school, and so far I haven't had any problems with the app. I think it does exactly what it needs to, unless you're looking for more specialized, desktop-like options and functionalities.

Awful!!

Kannet00

I was perfectly happy with my app and you FORCED me download this piece of crap which is made specially for iPhones! I hate it!! Tells me I have new emails when I don’t. I go in and delete emails and then as soon as I exit the same emails are back in my inbox. I create rules to sort emails and that just gets ignored so all the junk still comes to my inbox. Very very unhappy! I have a very active email that I used to be able to keep organized but this is making it overly difficult.
