Ongoing disappointment

drjwr

Mail is still inferior to the native app: Since the awful and still-unfixed July update, which turned Outlook into a pseudo-social app, all mail handling is more laborious and unclear. The same mistake has been made with the the recent update that buries contacts and files beneath the search glass, again adding a step. (And where, oh where, does this app gather the contacts it presents, most of whom haven’t been emailed in months to a year? What a joke.) Who’s awake at the wheel? Plus, nearly 10,000 users have long-wanted a real monthly calendar instead of the useless agenda/dot view — Hey, MS you bought Sunrise! — and we’re ignored. An app with real potential continually spirals down.

Takes a relatively long time to respond to commands.

Great. Does everything I need.

Eric Bancroft

Great mobile App. Emulates the key features of Outlook for the Desktop.

Good

Sparty2311

Really useful

Good but confusing interface

WSLo

Overall it’s a robust app. Interface is confusing; hard to search emails; calendar not sync with desktop

Awesome app!

Jrtheproducer

Awesome customization for deleting/archiving/moving email. Easier access to saved emails. Blows the iPhone’s mail app out of the water.

Automatic Replies

If this app would allow me to adjust my automatic replies (out of office response), I would give it 5 Stars :)

Nice app but freezes frequently

dewereldreiziger

I've only been using this app for a couple of weeks but I've found that it freezes frequently. You have to force close it and reopen it, which can be super annoying. I'm using the latest version of iOS on an iPhone 8 Plus with the latest version of the Outlook app.

Great

Newest Outlook update

What happened to Contacts? This is a major step backward.
