I have LOVED this 5*app for a long time. However, this new version released on June 7, 2018 is a hot mess and I get crash errors every other time I use it. Here’s to hoping the next release is much improved.

I support many people. I use this app for work. Once I switched to the “supported” version, I lost my view to ALL of the calendars for my people, with no apparent way to get them back, forcing me to pull out my laptop to access my desktop computer remotely; a cumbersome and annoying process, and the MAIN reason I added the Outlook app to my phone in the first place. Outlook no longer shows me all of my emails, it gives me a “Focused” subset. Ridiculous that an app should have the power to determine what should be important to me. Go back to the other version, the one that looked and WORKED like the desktop version. Ugh.

I really like the Outlook app. The one thing I find frustrating is there are only two swipe options. Before downloading the app, I viewed my emails via the standard iPhone Mail app. That app allows me to have three swipe options and a more option, so I do not always need to open an email to process it if I know what I want to do with it.

Really a nice app. However, still some strange behaviors with the calendar functionality. When adding an event to your Gmail calendar, it lags in showing up on the calendar view. Also, I used to be able to edit a calendar event and switch the item from my 365 work calendar and put it on my personal Gmail calendar. Would love to see that back as an option. Thanks for listening, MS!
New version is unusable - always focused inbox

Absolutely a disaster. Huge bug, you can turn off focused inbox but it turns back on next time you open the app. Missing Emails left and right. 3 days no update. Microsoft should be embarrassed for their software validation and bug fixes. Do not update!!!!!
Missing calendar feature

Can't change an event from one calendar to another. Missing monthly and year view in calendar. Hmmm apple has both of these features.

As others have called out.Slow initial load screen (white). Takes up to 10 seconds to load in. iPhone 8 Plus. Please fix.
If your looking for spam filtering, look elsewhere.

Zero spam filtering. It will also reload emails you have deleted, showing as unread ?!?! Waste of time
Unwanted emails

Why isn’t there a method to automatically delete unwanted messages. I go days without checking outlook and when I log in there are always 500 or more unsolicited messages in the spam folder. This is super frustrating. Help, please!!
