After this latest update, my inbox defaults to “focused”, which I do not want. I toggle to turn it off, but it reverts back immediately. Glitch?

When this app first came out, I loved it as it was a vast improvement to the default Mail app on iOS. Unfortunately, it seems to have gotten worse as it’s gone through each iteration. Now it’s gotten to the point of being almost unusable because of how slow the app is. Opening it is slow. Writing emails is sluggish. Scrolling through the calendar seems to cause the screen to freeze a bit. I wish they would have left well enough alone. Now it looks like I’ll either be forced to go back to the old Mail app or find yet another alternative.

I do not recommend using this app to send work emails. Signatures do not transfer from web to app. It either has to be typed in or copied and pasted, but the formatting is lost. It looks unprofessional and inauthentic. Almost 1000 users have requested this be fixed through in-app support, yet nothing has been done. Will not use the app until this changes.

Latest update forces focused inbox. Probably not intentional but super annoying.

I really dislike that you separate my in box into focused and other. You get it wrong most of the time. How my mail is separated should be my choice not yours.

The setting for Focused when I turn it off, I now have to turn it off every time I launch the app. I do not like this and may stop using it if is not corrected in the next update. Hopefully this gets fixed so I can give it a 5 star rating and continue to use this app!!

Currently when you go to a contact it only shows their email address and emails/calendars associated with that contact. Will there be an update where the contact’s Full contact information is available? For example their phone number, address etc.?

Need to be able to set auto replies (out of office) from the app. Please update.

Every week they provide updates. These often come in the form of a bug or two that had been fixed but has been re-introduced. For example, you add an event in the calendar and it doesn’t show up. MS support tells you to “reset the account.” They tell you this every time they run into a real bug - it’s like having to punt because you run out of excuses. I have ten accounts running through this; I have to reset an account every time I add an event to the calendar?! Crap Quality Assurance testing.

I have been using this app since Microsoft first made it available. Initially there were so many problems I didn’t think I could keep using it, but I did. Now, they have finally fixed the last big problem, which was duplicate contacts if you had multiple email accounts. Whether you are a Windows or Mac user, this app works great!
