I really just hate this app. It’s buggy, slow, and if an email is forwarded to me, I can’t see the forwarded email. I have to get on my computer to see it. What’s the point??

Where are my folders??

Can't access my su folders which makes this app useless.

Great app. I like how your email and calendar are put together on one app, makes things easy and very organizing. It could have the repeating event feature though, where you can set a date on a month for something and then have it repeat every day, week, month, or year or however you wish.

I love using this but sometimes get confused on who I’m replying to or sending new emails to with the chain when you get multiple emails

Outlook is my most-used app on my phone and helps me run my business so much better and more efficiently than I could ask for. Having mail, contacts, and calendar all in one place is fantastic. The Apple watch version doesn't seem to work at all for me and always crashes, but so much better than the Apple Mail app on iPhone.

Reply all is the default

WARNING TO ALL USERS!!! There is no option to change the default from reply all to reply. BE CAREFUL BEFORE SENDING!!! Having no option to change the default is horrible and unacceptable. Thinking reply all should be the default is idiotic.

It does the main thing, which is send and receive emails. The help/feedback feature is useless as it provides no real support. You should be able to empty the trash folder with a simple click, if you like, but the individual emails must be selected which is too time consuming and inefficient.

This app is terrible - constantly freezes

Every time I use this app it freezes. Don’t even bother opening it on your phone. Waste your time opening your computer rather than opening this app.
