Great for email but not calendar scheduling

So Angry!

Email feature is wonderful but it is definitely challenging to schedule a meeting with other people. It does not effectively show you the availability of all attendees like it does in the desktop version.

No help with spam!

It doesn't prevent spam, instead everyone that I put in the spam fold or block I get two or three more, it's nuts! I constantly get bombarded with them. Come one Microsoft you can do better than this.

Ok, let me get straight to the point you need to fix the notification system if there’s even one in this app. When I get new emails I don’t even received a notification that I have got new mail now if google’s Gmail can give me notifications why can’t Microsoft outlook do the same thing? granted this is a free email service which we all know you Microsoft and Google read our emails but you could at least fix the notification system.

Missing key features

The app does a lot of things well, however it is missing simple key features that are essential to email management. 1) No HTML signatures - when companies require a specific format in your signature 2) No sub-folder email notification

I have email accounts with most major companies and this beats them all easily. And I’ve tried most all of them. I even uninstalled gmail as I never used it after getting this.

archive vs delete??? like. why.

its cool but swiping left to delete and realizing an emails been archived is annoying. i shouldnt have to hunt down the trash button!!

PDF files load very slowly

When a pdf file is opened within Outlook, the loading time is very slow. Compared to Apple Mail, the loading time is more than 10 times slower. Is this a common observation shared by others. Other than that the formatting of mails in Outlook is better than Apple Mail. Its the slow downloads of attachments that is stopping me from using Outlook as the primary mail platform.

Sometimes I do not get a notification. Once every month or so. Overall really helpful app!!

I contacted customer support for my issue with their “load more” feature not working and they told me that is the way the app is designed. So if you have a problem with your “load more” button just idling and not loading more of your emails, you’re out of luck. They do not plan to help you. Switching to gmail. Also, I have missed many important emails because this system doesn’t know how to work spam mail and has put several important messages in my junk inbox. Outlook, you have been an extreme disappointment
