I wear my custom molded in ear monitors at work. They provide -26db of sound isolation. This app allows me to have a conversation in office without needing to twist out the CIEM every time someone needs to talk. Love it! Slight lag with an ipad 3 but not enough to be a problem.

I was hoping to use this as a makeshift karaoke machine with the kids - but the app only seems to work through the headphone port - doesn't work with Bluetooth speakers. Haven't tried it with airplay yet .
