I cant buy anything on the store and it says that the card is declined, ive tried multiple cards and ive seen a ton of comments on YouTube of other people with this same problem, oculus please update your store and accept visa gift cards for those who have them, thank you

There’s so much more this app could do. The media syncing has not worked twice now in 3 months. There were issues with updates when I got it.

in oculus i cannot purchase any games without having to renter a pin for my debit card, yet there no option to make a pin for my debit card.

Ive been trying to pair my oculus quest 2 to my phone and i have not been able to because the 5 digit code hasn’t appeared any time ive tried, ive done a factory reset and everything.
Fix this please ?

i got an oculus for my birthday and i paired it to this app just fine. also ive recently just tried connecting it to different devices like laptops and tvs. i got kicked out of my account on this app…it just signed me out for no reason. i tried connecting it to my account but it just kept taking me back to the same thing every time! and when i try to change my password and send an email it never gets sent! ive checked junk mail and ive searched it too. i would love for this problem to be fixed! kindly reviewed by a: 12 yr old with anger issues ?

Oculus and Facebook Merge

I made a facebook account in order to log into my oculus and now it is requesting I use my oculus password to verify. I’m not sure if I ever had a separate oculus account to begin with but either way it doesn’t let me reset my password because my oculus account is linked to my facebook account yet when I log in with facebook I can’t because it asks for an oculus password.
