Oculus and Facebook Merge – Meta Quest Review

I made a facebook account in order to log into my oculus and now it is requesting I use my oculus password to verify. I’m not sure if I ever had a separate oculus account to begin with but either way it doesn’t let me reset my password because my oculus account is linked to my facebook account yet when I log in with facebook I can’t because it asks for an oculus password.
