Can't see the most basic stats I just wait until I'm at my computer and check back every month or two to see if they've improved the app Not yet though :-(

I hate this app and business manager is even worse. Unreliable is an understatement.

This app won’t even load anymore. Not since the update. Anything you click on takes you to a blank screen. Could you please fix this app? I can’t cancel an ad because the moment I click on the ad the screen goes white and doesn’t restore.

Worst Ad Platform of All Time

No other ad platform comes close to how horrible and expensive Facebook is. This app only allows you to monitor your ads and campaigns, not create or edit them. You can’t even adjust your ad spends with this. I mean, if FB was thinking straight, they’d have figured out some way to easily take more money from the app. Social media is a cesspool of unfulfilled promises and wasted opportunity. Invest in alternative methods like GoogleAds, LinkedIn, and traditional print. There’s a reason those annoying magazines keep showing up in your mailbox: THOSE ACTUALLY WORK!

Constant problems with permission on accounts and populating posts for boost. Awful waste of time.

It was great when it worked but it quickly stopped. It immediately goes to a white screen when I try and open the app.

The second to last update made the app unusable. I am using iPhone X running iOS 11.4.1. The app appears to load like normal and then goes to a completely white screen.

This app is ok for checking progress of an ad but not really useful for creating or editing and ad. Also, it’s SUPER annoying with its notifications. I turned the Daily Summary notifications off but they still pop up everyday. Ended up having to turn all notifications off because the app was ignoring its own settings ? That sort of negates most of the point of having this app because it’s not like it can do much else.

I don’t think I have ever given a rating under a 3 but I have never tried, let me stress TRIED, to use such a poorly designed and malfunctional app. This app is a tremendous waste of time however I am stuck since our business FB page is on it, we cannot go back to page manager and we can’t post remotely without this app.

Boost post doesn’t work

The Boost post no longer works. You can not get to any posts in the app to boost them.
