So bad it’s hard to believe

Facebook, in all its glory, made this? I tried, desperately, for an hour, to give Facebook my money to run an Instagram ad through the app. The thing was bewildered. It couldn’t figure out that I wanted to run an ad, through Facebook ads manager, on Instagram, for Instagram. It either wanted a Facebook ad, or wanted to create an Instagram ad targeting Facebook (which then gives an error that it can’t send Instagram traffic to Facebook). I gave up. I’ll be considering adwords or even Bing. Yeah, that desperate.
Can’t connect my IG account

I’ve used fb manger many times before and it’s worked amazing but it changed recently. I keep trying to re-connect my business IG account to Facebook ads and every time I do it marks “unknown error occurred, please try again” . Please help?? Other than that I’ve loved using Facebook ads manger in the past. I don’t know why it won’t connect anymore. Any suggestions are welcome!! :)
Just lost all metrics but spend and impressions

I think I may be one of the few people that actually really found this app super valuable. But, as of last night all metrics other than spend and impressions disappeared from my main dashboard. Since I do Ecommerce this makes the app substantially less valuable. Has this happened to anyone else?

So every time I open the app it’s like I opened it for the first time. Consistently says that I’m not the authorized user on my own account. And then when I try to go on and edit stuff it says that I am consistently off-line even though I am not. Horrible absolutely horrible

Facebook ads are STEALING MONEY from ppl...they prey on our confusion and seem to have set it up that way! Im new to ecommerce and as soon as i saw what a chaotic MESS facebook ads were, i bailed after 6 days... by making my ads inactive as it was the ONLY WAY I could see to make it stop charging me.....im a disabled single mom who facebook has taken hundreds of dollars from even AFTER I cancelled and i even called to try and get support.... (btw there IS no support!) Are these disgusting ppl not RICH ENOUGH that they have to TAKE FROM THE IMPOVERISHED??? I have just filed my 4th paypal request for a refund and 4th forth report to facebook..They very quickly responded to the first two with ‘TOO BAD, LADY, We’re keeping your money ...and youre S.O.L.! If they continue to ROB me, and refuse to refund the money they took, My next report will be filed with the federal government. And so should YOU! Don’t allow this travesty to continue... Take action! Most recent Letter to Facebook; I cancelled facebook ads in EARLY JULY yet they continue to charge me-which is horrifying considering the fact that i am a disabled person whose youngest child just got in a bad motorcycle crash and we are in diar straits!! Now, when i started my online store in a desperate attempt to earn an income, i truly was confused by the whole fb ads thing! Theres no support and i wrote to them early on to STOP CHARGING ME for ads when i repeatedly attempted to stop they and they all claimed to be inactive, yet as recent as TODAY I GET CHARGED AGAIN? Dear GOD!! Facebook ads have done nothing for me during the 1 week in june that i Actually USED them.. the entire thing seems DELIBERATELY CONFUSING and i feel robbed because I actually turned it all off once i saw the mess it created and the fact that there are THREE FACEBOOK AD ACCOUNTS under my one profile and there should only be ONE fb ad account! Its a disaster! Ive tried but gotten zero support from facebook on this yet theyve taken HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS from me- a disabled single MOM! This is the 4th time i am writing about this! What i need is for facebook to refund me ALL THE AD CHARGES after JULY 5TH 2018. AND please please someone help point me in the right direction to sort out this mess!!

I read the other review and I have to agree with not being able to talk to alive person when you have a problem.With all the money that Facebook makes, certainly they should be able to afford a Live Staff to handle some of the problems, especially since Facebook is the ones always making so many changes.
