Not well thought out.

Fun at first, but there are some major issues. First of all, the quests that require dragon gems (which cost money) to complete them. If I spend money on dragon gems, I do not want the game to dictate how I spend them. I do not want to open chests- they usually have stupid stuff in them like life flowers and other items I can get for free by using the in-game currency. Second, the chests that cost real money to open should have better stuff in them. Third, when you upgrade an item it should give you more/better coins or bricks or whatever. It is so frustrating to upgrade a building, and find out it still only gives you one large pile of stones or one copper coin. The payout should be incrementally larger each time you upgrade, even if it requires using multiple types of stones or coins. Use math. Do two small coins, then upgrade to one copper coin, then one copper coin and one small coin, etc., so that every upgrade is actually an upgrade. Otherwise you merge your buildings and get the exact same payout except now you fewer of them, but they are larger buildings that now take up a larger footprint. Great. So glad I did that. ? Fourth, there should be a way to set preferences or something with the dragons when they auto harvest instead of it being completely random.

This is one amazing game. Me and both my boys ages 5 & 6 play this game everyday.

Fun but sometimes really frustrating

I like this game and frankly it is addictive. I’ve probably put a good 20h in this the past two weeks. The dragons are cute and the puzzles feel fresh and are fun. However, what frustrates me so much are the amount of gems required for some achievements, and the weird sensitivity for merging things. Sometimes I am merging 5 items, usually high level ones, but the game recognizes only 3 and merges those 3 only, which throws off a lot of game play, especially in challenge levels. I am not going to delve too much in the gems as other people have mentioned it, but it is annoying that in game achievements requires so much real money. One thing I’d like to see as a new feature is the ability to cancel a “in progress” level from the world map. One too many times I have opted to abandon a level only to realize that the game saved it as a in progress. It breaks the flow of the game, especially when the said level cannot be completed because of a puzzle mistake, but I also have to wait for full chalices to properly abandon it. Please, there must a way to better this part !

I used to like this game. I even paid for gems but once the update happened the game screwed up. I lost coins, stone and gems. Waste of my money. Why is it the only way to get rid of the chests is to open them? We should be able to trash them. All my land is covered in chests. I can’t do anything but hope for dragons to open more land to out chests there. A lot of improvements need to happen for this game to be good again.

Fun and yet disappointing

This has been a fun little game initially. I play long periods of time due to health issues. It’s fairly benign with its content. My issues are as follows: 1) sometimes if you make purchases, you may not always get what has been advertised. 2) very slow response to communications with regards to issues 3) prizes may not be awarded from events, or their advertised benefits may not be awarded as described. So for these reasons I give it 2 stars and will not make purchases if I continue to play this game. It’s unfortunate, because it’s hard to find cute games that have great graphics and the content isn’t overtly violent, sexual, or demonic.

I really enjoyed the game until I purchased gems and not only did I get charged double for them, but I still don’t have my gems. Not cool guys.

I enjoy the game play but there is a bug that causes me to lose items which is frustrating to say the least. The menus keep popping up that you have to close causing you to click on the wrong things and in some cases sell them and have to start over. I even recorded this error to send to the creator. What’s even more frustrating is I contacted the owners and have yet to hear a reply almost three weeks later.

Version numbers iPhone to Android mismatch

I had to reset my iPhone, so I backed my game to the cloud, reset, and re-downloaded the game. When I went to reconnect to the cloud, it had no problem finding it, but it says that it detected that my game was on a higher version? A higher version isn’t even available for iPhone. Confirmed with husband, his android has the higher version. Fix this, make the numbers match, and you’ve got another 5-Star review. I fricking love this game, and it helps calm my PTSD symptoms. But I have to be able to play it for that to work...
