Not fun anymore

I just got the new update yesterday and now I’m back to the beginning in my coins and stones. This is not fun anymore. I’m on level 126 in camp and I can only hold 100 coins and 100 stones. I had built both levels up to over 2,000. If I get my levels back then I’ll give more stars. And yes, I’m connected with FaceBook but my coins and stones are down to 100.

New update stole over 2500 in gems pluse I was on day 11 of the 30that I bought and it stole that too I would like a refund or my gems back

I love this type of game but I am becoming more and more frustrated as I progress. First I was frustrated because as you buy dragon eggs the price goes up why??? Then they have eggs you can’t get without gems. Then they have events that seem fun except you can’t choose what the life orbs will heal so you might spend the entire event healing basically nothing. Then in the timed levels you can buy power ups with gems but not coins. Then even though you passed all that now each level costs ALL the chalices you can possibly have and it takes hours to get that back. I’m just wondering if I will ever be able to really enjoy this game... I might be deleting it soon but I would be sad to do so because it seemed like fun when I got it

I was enjoying this game until they did whatever they did to cause a malfunction. I had purchased a significant amount of gems the day before it happened and now I’m down to 200 knowing for a fact that I didn’t use that many

I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of time on this game. My husband is starting to make remarks. It takes match three concepts to a new level; most match three games are tired and uninspired, but this adds a base building element that motivates. All that plus no annoying ads. Kudos!

Last update wiped out $99 worth of dragon gems I had purchased earlier that evening. I’ve sent an email to support. Maybe I’ll get a reply, maybe not. Obviously they don’t test updates completely prior to releasing them to the public. Very disappointed and can’t recommend to others unless you chose not to purchase any in-app purchases.

I purchased the 25 gems a day and it’s not reflecting. My coins and brick storage started again at level 1 even tho i am far from level 1.

So I got really into this game, was really enjoying it. Started to make a couple micro purchases and then I made the big one at $99.99. Then an update came out and wiped out all my gems. They recommended I update and I did but my gems were gone. I have been asking for two days and got no answer back. I feel like I just threw money out the window. I probably would have kept making purchases if they would have taken care of me but now I just feel ignored and out money.

Game fully reset my coin and stone limit to 100. Seeing how I can’t purchase more coin storage because it’s over 100 to buy I’m stuck and cannot continue. Is there a dev that can help?

Where are my daily gems?

Everything seems to have reset out of nowhere and I bought the daily gems and had maybe 24 more days to go and it’s not there. Why? Overall a fun game. Aside from that too many things to merge ???
