long time MH subscriber
The original app years ago was better. MH attempt to “upgrade” = total fail. Don’t know how much reviews they have had in the past with original version that said hey change it. Sometimes if it ain’t broke don’t fix. Anyways I’ve cancelled my subscription

I’ve been using this on my iPad for a while. Rather like it. BUT. Downloaded it on my iPhone Xs Max....absolutely unusable. The formatting isn’t optimized for it at all. Get it together. We pay for this.

This should not look exactly like the magazine on an iPhone. You can’t comfortably or easily read the articles. It has been a while since I have tried to read this on my iPhone but it’s horrendous. Please give us back the ability to read an article and not have to scroll or zoom all over a page.

The news section does not show complete article and none of the links works. Wrote to the company as instructed and get no reply.

The previous magazine filled the whole screen, was more interactive. This is the worse, cheap design, update. Very disappointing.

For two months speaking to the help desk which is no help at all. Cannot save/bookmark any articles, cannot do anything, what’s the purpose of even having an app!! Paid for the app subscription which I am reading on iPad with unlimited data;wish I was able to get a refund!

App no longer recognizes me as a print subscriber and does not allow me to access my digital issues. I have tried logging out and re-logging in, and nothing. Deleted and re-installed the app, and nothing. Please fix ASAP!!!

I used to love this application when you could look at both the PDF version of an issue as well as a streamlined scroll version, where you could tap on an article and scroll to read through it. But about 6 months ago, there was an update to the application that did away with the streamlined view, and now there is no longer an option to toggle between the two. Now it’s difficult and very tedious to have to swipe to flip a page, zoom in and out to read the words, zoom out to view photos / diagrams, especially on the iPhone. My suggestion would be to give the reader and consumer the option to switch between the two views. I’m sure a PDF view would look great on an iPad, but for iPhones with much smaller screens by design, the scroll version is much more efficient.
