Does not recognize me as a subscriber – Men’s Health Magazine Review

App no longer recognizes me as a print subscriber and does not allow me to access my digital issues. I have tried logging out and re-logging in, and nothing. Deleted and re-installed the app, and nothing. Please fix ASAP!!!
