Freezes All The Time!!!

I love the magazine, but the iPad app keeps freezing up. Please fix it!!!!!

I have not been able to read an issue of this magazine for three months. The app on my iPad and my iPhone freezes every time I try to download an issue. If I try to get to settings/help, the app freezes, if I do advance to help, once I start to type the app freezes. I’ve reached out to Men’s Health, Hearst Publications, MAZ and Apple. All point the finger to each other and none, I mean none of them have tried to fix the issue. Restoring issues does not work. Uninstalling, reinstalling the app does not work. Hearst says they no longer use the iTunes platform for their digital version of the magazine. I finally just cancelled my subscription. The worst feeling is being caught in the middle and no one accepting responsibility to fix the app.

App started freezing every time I used it. I contacted tech support, and got the standard “Please allow us two to three business days to reply.” Two weeks later, I contacted them again, letting them know that this was my second attempt at contacting them. As of right now (a month later) I haven’t received any contact from tech support. Finally decided to delete the app and reinstall it. Seems to be working, and yes—probably something I should have tried at the start. But a real hats off to the stellar tech support team at Maz (sarcasm emoji)
Not working on iPad or iPhone

This use to be a fantastic app now is keeps crashing. Can’t download for offline reading. Really frustrating. I’ve reached and received nothing back from my request for support. I’ve deleted the app - didn’t work, restored purchases- doesn’t work. I’ve had this subscription for over 5 years and I’m going cancel it.

In the past this app was great, after the last update, the app freezes and it is tough to read magazine. They seem to be making no effort to fix issues. I would not recommend, just buy print edition.
Bar none, the worst app I’ve ever used

Rarely works when I want it to. Opening a new issue requires several tries. The app freezes, closing it and reopening is ineffective, so is rebooting my iPad. Total hell. The worst!

This was a great app at one time, now I can’t even access it. It freezes every time. It was great before but now I can’t even get it to open. I’ve cancelled my subscription unfortunately.
IPad Pro - just never works

Takes over 30 min to view and/or download before app shuts down and you have to start the download over again. Just want to read the magazine, no frills, just read, but app just prevents this. Not useful and waste of time
