...and it gets even worse

Downloaded the May issue and it’s in a new format that is an unreadable text size on an iPhone. At least prior to the April issue the text was legible. Now it’s just a bunch of pictures of a magazine that you can only pinch and zoom.

The new format is impossible to deal with. I have to zoom in to each page and it never remembers where I left off. Please go back to the old style!

Trying to read the content and all I’m seeing is the ads. The PDF seems to be working fine. What happen to the video content and interacting of the app it just seems to be just boring. I have been a subscription member for years and years. Please send out a update to fix this issue.

I am a fan of men’s Health but I downloaded this app and every year I have to cancel a subscription that I did sign up for. I am a big fan of the paper copies. Call me old fashioned. If you want to continuously have to call and cancel orders year after year be my guess and download this app.

So hard to use now

I have to scroll all the way back to view an issue I purchased and downloaded, and it resets every time i open the app.

I never subscribed for this magazine yet they somehow charged me for $23.99 lookout if you download it.

I don't even read it anymore and am upset i purchased a year subscription. I used to look forward to each new issue in the old format but now- uugh

Another way to save money at the expense of the customer. Terrible updates to a perfectly good working digital magazine. Beyond disappointed.

Cannot save old issues: "pdf's cannot be saved" And older issues are no longer interactive. Way to go making sure your dwindling customer base gets even smaller.
