I got the speaker as a early Christmas present from my aunt and I instantly fell in love with it you get to tell it what song to play as long as you stay logged in to Spotify or the other options and you get to use it in the car I absolutely love it but I think you should be able to use Apple Music but besides that I love it

Pandora

If this supported pandora radio it would have gotten a better review! Update it so you can connect your pandora account !!

A cool idea, but needs A LOT of work

Normally I try to avoid writing negative reviews but I must admit that this needed to be submitted. I downloaded this app to connect to my iHome and, though it connected just fine, I needed to have a Spotify Premium account (which I don’t have because I REFUSE to spend $10 a month to be commercial-free) and it doesn’t connect with my Pandora account either ? I have all of the confidence in the world that the people behind the app are working hard to make this app the best of the best, but I’d rather post my honest opinion than to not do so. Again, a very cool idea but I wish it was a bit better.

I don’t have Spotify premium! Ugh

I got this app for my new Bluetooth ihome speaker and told me I should get this for voice controls however... I never knew you had to have Spotify premium. I’m pretty frustrated by this point because I have gotten so far to get all of this working. Now this app is completely useless to me and I don’t have the money on my iPhone right to buy Spotify premium. I hope in a new update someone will fix this issue for the people that are also having this trouble. Thanks.

Awesome!

I'm giving this app 5 stars just because it doesn't support Apple Music!

Great interface, but the voice recognition is terrible.

Me: “Play Creamo by Chibs.” Melody: “Now playing Stay by Kidz Bop Kids!” I think you get the idea.

Complete waste of time and money

I'm in assistant manager at a local gym and I bought these on my lunch break. Brought them back to the office and spent a half hour trying to get them to work. Downloaded the app, followed all the practically nonexistent instructions, went through it over and over and over again. Connected it to all my accounts, but absolutely nothing ever happened, fully charged headphones and all. Then literally offered three of my employees one hours' pay if they could figure out how to make this work. At the end of the day, not one of them could do it. This app and headphones are absolutely worthless.

I was really hoping this would work.

I think the idea of this app working with iHome speakers would be awesome if the app did what it claims it can do. I had Melody linked with my Spotify account and asked it to play a specific playlist, which is one of the things this app claims it can do. I specifically said “Play MY Car playlist” and it started somebody else’s “Shawty Like Mines” playlist. This went on for 15 minutes before I decided I was going to delete the app. I don’t feel like yelling at machines and I shouldn’t have to...especially when the command I ask for is something the product says it can do. Maybe if the app becomes better, I’ll download it again. But there’s no point in me having it if it won’t do what it says it will do.

Many flaws

Mad Glad or Sad

Its sole purpose is to be able to speak to it and have it do what you ask. The only thing it said to me was that it was unable to play my request no matter what i did. For being an interactive Bluetooth speaker it sure is limited to its capabilities. Good idea but bad follow up and poor planing. Keep doing your jobs and figure out how to make it right. This speaker is about as helpful as a 2 year old child with ADD and likes the fact that you dont like the fact that its incapable. Back to my other speaker. I control it from either the speaker or the device. This is the outcome of lazy people and/or overwhelmed multitaskers that cant prioritize their music wants over their freehand needs. Id say talk is cheap but... Id be lying. Sorry bout being the frustrated vent that opened up with a bunch of hot air but thats what reviews are for right? Good day!
