I love this app but I am having problems with it just not loading at all no matter what I do. Then other times it just cuts out. I wish y’all could fix this soon so I can go back to my daily music.

So if you would like your speaker to have voice control, it’s ok. If your speaker is in your room and your phone in another, my speaker came equipped with a recommendation to use this app. I’m taking off one star because the voice recognition is terrible, you have to wait for a noise before speaking and it takes a few seconds, and another for Spotify. Because you are able to request specific songs on Spotify, you need a Spotify premium account. There is no option of having it off- you need Spotify premium
Doesn't show proper radio station name and frequency on result.

I am writing this review about the app saying it does not show the results that i am looking for when I say "Play ROCK 102.7 radio" and "Play 98.1 the MAX radio". I have the app connected to my iHeart Radio account and I have a iHome IBT321.
Please add Apple Music Support!!

As an Apple Music subscriber it’s super annoying that I’m not able to skip or play songs with this app. Please add Apple Music Support.

This app has little to offer unless Spotify premium is how you get your music. It does not work with Google Play or Pandora. It only pairs with Tidal, I heart radio, Spotify Premium and your Apple Music library however she is terrible at understanding or hearing your requests and playing them. If you want an assistant I would stick to Siri, Alexa or Google Home. This app did not add any value to the speaker I purchased.

This app is terrible, can’t pick up anything. I go to Siri to check if I’m not speaking clearly enough and she works fine. Terrible app they need to fix

Wiggle Worm named SNORLAX
It personally took me a night to figure it out with the help of support, but they helped me figure it all out fairly quickly and now Melody goes great with my new speaker. It does need access to the data of your music service, but that’s only to be able to play it on command. I’d recommend!
