Really bad speaker. Hard to use and talking to it is pointless. Keeps telling me I don’t have songs in my music library, that I do have. Phone speaker doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. Does not follow basic commands like it’s supposed to. Very hard to use. Very overpriced for it’s limited functions and difficulty of use.

I am having problems with the app saying I am not connected to the internet, when I clearly am connected to the internet, please fix this glitch! I also have to reset the application on wifi just so it will work, please fix it!

This app has so much potential but it needs a lot of fixes. The inability to shuffle songs on my Spotify playlist is irritating because it plays the same songs every time. I have a 500+ song playlist that I want to be able to shuffle through, but it plays the song in order from the beginning. The next issue is a lot of basic verbal commands aren’t executed by the app. Like “skip song” or “restart this song”. If the developers address these issues and correct them then I will redownload the app, but until then I will just stick to Spotify

... this app is garbage.. cannot log on to iHeartRadio but the Sony I bought is an upgrade so I don't need an app for assistance, My lady, Siri, help without hesitation....

... I call for JoHn McLaughlin and it keeps giving me Jon McLaughlin!!! Even when I specify the album it says I probably mean the other guy!!!! So frustrating.

Doesnt understand a single word I say and crashes every few minutes. I ask for alternative music and it plays country. Also it says it searches for local stations when you give it a station number but it does not! I tried for 94.7 Portland Oregon (where i live) and it will only give me 94.7 from Tennessee... NOT the same stations for sure!
