App keeps crashing

I’ve emailed support a week ago. My app at start up keeps crashing. I can’t view any of my uploads.
I’ve never written a review... but

All I can say is— this is the one company that I hope is immune to the forces of capitalism. I wish that it remains in business for at least a Great Year. They are doing the work that even god wishes he was capable of sometimes. Thank you and cheers to the team at mega.

Honestly one of the most confusing and clunky apps I have ever used. Files don’t download; terrible and frustrating experience.
No Video Previews

I’m unable to preview any of my videos on the mega app. Google Drive allows you to see all videos and photo previews on your phone but Mega won’t allow me to do that?!
The app has a fatal flaw but is otherwise great

Personally I haven’t had many issues with the App my one gripe is the fact that opening links from any browser, takes you to the App Store instead of the already downloaded app

I’ve been using MEGA for about 4 months now, and it’s been great, until the past few weeks. Every time I try to visit a link people send me through MEGA, I’ll try and play it and it doesn’t work. It’s extremely laggy and takes forever to see what’s even on the link. I do not know how to fix this. I’ve tried deleting the app & reinstalling, I’ve tried restarting my phone multiple times, refreshing the link, yet nothing seems to work. Please fix this bug or let me know a way I can fix it.
