App crashes all the time

I have an iphone ce 2020. Whenever I keep the app open for more than a minute it crushes. Please, feel free to reach me for details. I’d like the issue to be fixed asap

The mega team has been very receptive to feedback and over the years has been incredibly helpful to me! I think my only complaint is a lack of a dark mode, as a recent update for the iOS version has the borders of images pure white, alongside an already white UI. But beyond this I hope it will serve me for years to come.

While I wouldn't use Mega as my primary cloud storage (transfer quotas & slower download speeds), it's definitely a great backup cloud option for long-term storage & you can't beat free. The app UI is one of the best I've seen for any cloud storage app.
Awful for videos

I have this for one purpose. To store a 4 hour video however I can’t even watch it without the app freezing every couple of minutes
It Was Good Until it Wasn’t

I just installed this app last night and I will admit there was a TON of files. This morning I was able to see all of my folders and information. Now it just freezes. I was even willing to buy more storage but sometimes it gets to the screen where I can pick a plan, sometimes not. Not a great beginning with this app. Do I reinstall it? Will I lose my information? Frustrating!!!

I’ve been using this app for years and it’s a really easy layout and easy to use. I am an editor and mostly use it for scenepacks, movies etc. My only issue with this app is you have to stay on the app the whole time it downloads, which makes it really tedious and obnoxious to download things.

It’s great and all but it will not send the email I’ve tried about 15 times still trying pls get it fixed where it’ll send the account verification faster btw still haven’t gotten the confirmation and I have internet and service so it not me pls get it where it will actually send instead of never getting it
