MAX Bench Press

Max Bench Press™ is an app that allows easy tracking of the well-known and well-employed power-lifting workout called Tactical Periodization. Max Bench Press™ didn't create this workout, just this app to track it. It tells you the number of sets for each workout, the amount of weight, number of reps and the grip width for each set.

THIS APP IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS and assumes you know how to lift weights. It does not teach or demonstrate proper technique, there are no training videos, guides or photos included.

This is a grueling 27 week workout and most people over 30 will not be able to finish it. Over 40, even less. Over 50, forget about it. But that does not mean you won't see any improvement.

I paid $3 for an icon that doesn't open up to anything.

Crashes
Ry.84563

Seems to crash on new IOS 5.0.1 update. Seems to be fixed now. I am not sure if I am expected to lift all sets each day in a daily workout or if am to just complete all the sets in the given week. Like one set a day for five days.

Waste of Money!!!

I payed $2 and still get ads that cover the bottom part of the screen. These developers are getting very greedy.

Not realistic
Knightro90

The progression rate in this routine is unrealistic. 5 sets of bench once a week and in 12 weeks I'm supposed to gain 20lbs and my max is supposed to go from 275 to 350? Something is off with this app

Good Workout
ba-ba-blacksheep

Brutal bench press routine. Not for the novice....
