There are always errors which disallow me to load the app. Fix, please.
Face ID doesn’t work

Face ID login doesn’t and hasn’t ever worked. Have you ever considered fixing this instead of just popping up the cutesy error saying “Oops, unable to login with FaceID at this time” Garbage.

This app continues to over promise and under deliver. There are few useful features in this app, and RetireSmart is not compatible with any 3rd party financial tracking applications. This fact is not explained, but rather the customer discovers this only after having the impression that the accounts have been successfully linked. The representative explained that although it will allow you to connect the application (Personal Capital, in my case) the RetireSmart platform will not allow it to connect after this initial attempt. Which results in your account being locked and the forces you to call in (only between 8 - 8 Eastern) to unlock it. If RetireSmart is so keen on limiting access to the account from 3rd party financial applications, they should aim to provide some features for their clients, instead of simple collecting fees from them as so many cash cows.

Basic information about your account with no details. FaceID works for a moment and then never works again. Tapping to recover your username (which you’ll forget when faceID works and then have to remember when it breaks) takes you to a desktop site... on your phone. It’s a pretty terrible user experience. In summary this app is a lot of effort for very little benefit.

App is good to check your balance (when it updates) . Nothing else works. Rate of return always 0, balance changes are not accurate, contributions are not accurate. And many more. Useless app.
Can’t ever log into the app

I always get a “there was a problem, please try again later” error. Problem has lasted almost three months.
Buggy and limited

App has very basic and limited functionality and on top of it all, it is unusable most of the time and broken. I am forced to use this garbage unsupported app to track my 401k plan.
