This is possibly the worst app I have ever used. Which is a huge concern since this company handles my annuity. If i had the option to move my money from this company I would just so I didn’t have to deal with this app. In the last 4 months I have had to call in at least 10 times to deal with app issues.
Crashes on opening using iOS 13.4.1 (17E8258)

Does not seem to work on SE 2020 iOS 13.4.1 (17E8258). Crashes upon launching. Still works on older phone with iOS 11.
App does not open

This app used to be helpful... for the last month (I assume after some kind of update) it no longer opens- immediately crashes on launch. Redownloading the app does nothing to fix it. Changing its access to background refresh / notifications does nothing. App is completely broken.

The app will only open for a split second and then close out on iPad Pro 11.

Was putting money into my 401k and the program gives you a dial to select the percentage contributions. It doesn’t allow decimal places which is good, however the added a decimal place anyways. Watch out flaws in the system!
App Unavailable...?!?

This app has been reporting a “App Unavailable” error for 10 days now...! They claim they are actively working to restore the service. I think not! While the website & app are working fine, this mobile application is NOT.
