WOW! Accurate results in SECONDS, I’m impressed. I already know my skin & needs & the recommendations were correct- great app!

Incredibly Helpful App!

This App was so easy to use! It gave me a plan of attack to help my skin care program to be more specific to my needs. I am excited to build it into a habit after 21 days.

Wow!

I am so glad this app exists! MK is really paving the way. I think it’s pretty accurate givin some of the items were already recommended to my by My consultant, Shawna Brenden.

Doesn’t work

Madcitymich

This would be a great app if it worked on my phone. I have an almost brand new iPhone 11 Pro and it will not take my picture. Tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and it still does not work. Disappointed and frustrated.

The app would not let me do anything without enabling push notifications. I refuse to use an app that won’t let me opt out of push notifications.

Love this app, could use a few improvements

Love this app, first as a customer and now as a consultant. Two suggestions though: when taking the face scan, allow the user to get proper alignment and click to snap. The app seems to auto-snap too soon sometimes. Second, app should share the actual analysis with consultant, not just the recommended products. It’s a pain having the customer take screenshots of all the pages to send.

Inaccurate

The idea is great, but the app is inaccurate and it’s incredibly hard to position for a photo. I think it would be much better if it let you upload a photo you take yourself outside of the app. Especially for people with glasses who can’t see the screen and why it isn’t working. Finally got the photo after 5 mins only for it to tell me I have wrinkles (which I don’t)and highlight places on my face where I have acne bumps as the “wrinkles”. It also told me I have even skin tone (which I don’t AT ALL - I have quite a few dark spots and a lot of redness on my cheeks etc). Honestly this was a waste of my time and quite a garbage experience.
