It’s okay but basic

I’d love to see more details like enlarged pores, sagging skin areas, hooded eyes for not only skincare but also for determining makeup recommendations. The system also should pick up on skin type since we may be subjectively thinking we have dry skin when perhaps we really have combination skin. This app also makes too many recommendations so it’s not that fine tuned.

It says the quality of my camera will not support it...how does it know the quality of a photo is bad when it won’t even take the photo. My iPad is a current one too with a good camera. Extremely disappointed

It tells you to pick a Skin type but if you don’t know your skin type how can you pick one to begin?

I love the convenience of this app! I can put orders together at any time whenever I remember I need more of a certain product on my shelf and then transfer it to in touch and pick up right where I left off whenever I’m ready to finalize it! Just another tool to provide convenience to the salesforce, thank you Mary Kay!

For some reason even though my face is in the oval and the lighting is good and my eyes are aligned it won’t take a picture. I’d forget this one.

When asking a customer to text results, the app only allows for the recommended product list to be shared. It does not share the skin summary.

Will this be set up for men to use? I have men wanting to use this app to know a regimen but it is only offering for women. I would think adding the option to select sex could open a whole market.
