Doesn’t work

I tried to use the skin analyzer. I had the green lights on for face and eye placement. I held for a good minute. I did this several times. I deleted app and uploaded it again. Still nothing

Love this app with only minor issues with having to hold a light aimed at them from the side to correct and also would like to see an age group added to it!

The app is great, it’s so easy to use and manage, besides I never knew all these things about my skin type before. I guess it’s so crazy to me that an app can do all of these things with just a picture of you.
Face alignment

No picture due to no face alignment. What is the problem?I have an iphone 8.5 plus. It takes wonderful pictures, thus that shouldn't be a problem. No problem with eye alignment and lighting.

I was able to see where I needed extra help with my facial skin and the products were suggested that would provide help with the areas that needed attention! Also the app provided the order in which the products should be provided!

With a quarantine life style this app allows you to communicate with customers like never before. It can be eye opening when it does highlight and confirm your skin concerns. I do recommend to be in good lighting to obtain the most accurate results. Very new to this app and can’t wait to see how my friends and family like it.
