I am a paying player, not much but i still do purchase every now and then. And I have been playing and enjoying the game so far, except for the last few recent updates, they have cut out the system that helps players and is more inclined towards making players cash rather than earning them in game. Going downhill for me!

I love this game and I have been playing it for a while now.The reason that I am giving the game a three-star rating is because I literally cannot play the game.It used to run very smoothly but now I can’t get a quarter of the way through a battle before I get kicked out of the game.This is very upsetting because I like the game very much and the content is solid.I hope that the developers will fix this issue so I can actually play the game and enjoy it like I used to.Also I think that the developers should make an alliance raid one of your daily objectives.

You cannot go very far without spending tons of money. Save your money and get a real game

I love this game for the number of heroes and villains, and the variety of gameplay. But I have a couple of suggestions: 1) Stop with all the advertising of “special” orbs! These appear every time you start to do something—they’re outrageously expensive ($29.99 for an orb that MIGHT get you a new character?) 2) the game crashes a lot, so I’ve never completed an event. That’s just wrong.

Been playing this game for a few months and it started out fun. Over time, though, the bugs just became a killer. Playing on my tablet, the game routinely crashes on blitz challenges and events. I was never able to get the second mission of the thing event to load, despite multiple attempts. I had been running it on my phone and that was ok, until one of the recent updates wiped the account info from my phone and I’ve never been able to synch it back up since. This game needs some serious fixing!

I think this game is great but you should add korg, Valkyrie, ghost, yellow jacket, and… LUIS from the Ant-Man movies as a legendary controller stronger than Phoenix!!!! Do it pls

As a Marvel fan, I have thoroughly enjoyed playing this game. I feel like it hits a good balance of promoting progression without having to spend money and not feeling like you hit a “brick wall” with your progression. That said, I do have one major annoyance, and that is the incessant pop ups for their real money purchases. I just want to log in and play. I don’t want to be harassed by the pop ups. I have to click out of 2 or 3 at a time, which gets old fast.

They don’t care about anyone or anything not even the paying customers. This game has so many glitches it’s ridiculous. I would’ve stopped playing a long time ago but I have too much money and time invested into this game. When they have event glitches like this last block party one there response is to bad so sad. So some people will have an unfair advantage while others will be at a disadvantage because they weren’t able to participate. Even when they launch the event again their going to let the people that already got the rewards get awarded again. So it’ll never even out. They also like to schedule maintenance during important war time and they take so long that you lose your free energy. Every time they try to do something to this game it makes it worse and sometimes unplayable. They also don’t have a handle on the android players cheating. This game is headed down the road like racing rivals. For those that don’t know what I’m talking about RR got greedy and didn’t care about its players. The game ended up dying out. This looks to be the future for this game so don’t waste your time or money on this game. Find another game to play!!
waiting on gems
Saturday night there was a glitch in Block Party event. It wouldn’t play. This was going to have me loose 315 purple gems. Customer service responded quickly and stated they “credited my account” the gems, but upon checking my inventory, I discovered this was NOT true. I’ve contacted them back for last 3 days and they refuse to respond now. Great customer service guys!
