For some reason when I tap map to try to get through the tutorial the game freezes if you can fix that or tell me how that would be appreciated

I used to LOVE this game but I took a break for a while and when I came back I was very surprised by the new update and the layout of the mission board and stuff but was willing to give it a try after a while I found that it was unbearable too many missions for not enough gold. The hero ranking up got WAY too complicated. Everything used to be way so simple and easy but now it like a labyrinth. Please PLEASE return too your roots or at least something like it so it’s simpler

This game is one of my most favorite games ever I love that they have events all the time and the game is so much better science the update for not having to get the character and then get stuff to unlock them keep up the good work with my favorite mobile game

I love this game. Collecting dozens of Marvel characters, powering them up and battling, I’m totally addicted. There are typically 1-2 new characters and/or costumes to unlock every week, with one being available free-to-play, and the other being a “premium” that you need money to reliably unlock. I’m ok with premium content, but I knocked a star off this rating because I feel that the current model could be more generous when it comes to materials needed to power up your characters. Characters have skill, level, rank, and rarity that can all be increased and all require different materials. It would literally take thousands of dollars to max out everyone. That’s very excessive.

Look I know your making this game good and all, but I think you’ve killed it. I could not get a single new character in this game ever cents the Jessica Jones, Infinity Wars, and in this event I can’t get a new characters. So can you please make getting the characters easier, for everyone’s sake.

I'm a huge Marvel fan and have spent money on this game. Please don't do that. I spent $50 on this game only later to have it actually take credits away from me due to some sort of glitch that makes earned credits disappear after re logging into the game afterwards. This company has a buggy game that will frustrate you and won't allow to fully compete in new events unless you've played the game since launch or have spent well over hundreds of dollars to increase hero rarity and level to even be able to clear enough nodes to reach the event's end. So basically you can't really play for very long until you're slowed down as to only be able to send heroes on timed missions to refill stamina. Once you use that stamina to do battle, any credits earned will disappear after you log in next time and won't actually show up if you try to spend them before ending that session. It's frustrating since that's part of what you need to increase levels and ranks to complete event and story nodes. This game is BROKEN. Sad Marvel fan here feeling cheated.

OK I love this game the pieces I’ve been playing for almost a year and a half now and I love it but I had to get a new phone so I redone loaded it my stuff was saved but my missions are bugged and I can’t buy the robo dojo and I’m level 49 now and I can’t get ms marvel so I’m stuck in the story line and I have missions all the way from Halloween that I can’t do. And then here’s the problem with the events events or awesome I get it but some people have bugged games and I can’t upgrade my mission board because those stupid mystic and tech and cosmic things won’t let me level them up so my guys are stuck at level 20. And also the events can be unfair I’ll be battling a group lower than me and they get to attack a thousand times and by the time i do my guys are all dead. IM UPERCASING THIS PART BECAUSE MY WISH IS AFTER THIS. Please overlook these bugs because before the new combat and mission board update I was completely fine. So please overlook these things because this game is good because the developers are great. Peace.

I love this game, mainly because I love Marvel, the Avengers, and all things comic book related, but I do also love it because it is a genuinely interesting and pretty cute game. That being said, I HATE how almost impossible they make it to earn some characters and other things without either spending money or wasting your time watching vids/playing other games, etc. just to earn ‘shards’, whether that’s to get a character with those shards or to just buy ‘energy’ to keep going. I wish you got more ‘energy’ to begin with, and I wish it replenished automatically after a certain amount of time. You can only get so much ‘energy’ by performing time tasks and it’s really not enough. I love this game, but the frustration is ?. Please change it up a bit. I understand things need to be challenging, I got that and I enjoy that, but stop trying to get me to spend money at every turn or to download and play other games which I’ve never wanted to play. Also, character strengthening and stuff needs to be sorted out. They remain way too weak after way too much time and action to strengthen them for battles; it’s not balanced.
