Impossible to upgrade or get new characters without gems

I don’t like how you have to use gems to get to new characters. I feel like the developers just want all our money. Please go back to the old way of getting new characters

I love all the events but the event characters I love even more but once the event is gone there gone like guardians of the galaxy haven’t had the full squad since 2016

Can you please make Loki stronger. My Loki is at level 20, his rank is 3, he has two rarity skills at 3 and 4 but he is still at 4242. So please will ya make him stronger. Also can you stop just putting Loki on the event maps can you put all the characters that we have. Thanks for putting more characters in the event battles but some my characters can’t fight and they only have the rank selection not the rarity or the level up. So can you please check on my game if you can and update the game for people who are just like me. Also, just a suggestion can you make a DC version of this too. I love this game and it will be even better if you created and app like this but a DC version. You don’t have to do a DC version, I was just suggesting it.

I’ve been playing every day for five months. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars. Then the latest update came. I can’t even load the game - and I tried every. Single. Suggestion. Yesterday morning, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, which according to another user shouldn’t have lost my data. There was a completely different player id in the corner, but it actually started to load! Right as it neared the end, however... CRASH. Please fix?!

I like the game a lot, but it just stopped working. I’ll click the app and it goes to the load screen, and it just stops and goes to my home screen. It used to work, but now it doesn’t. What should I do to fix this? How do I get help from the developer? Thank you.
