I was struggling to learn but then I saw this and it was so helpful I learn almost all of hiragana, I could learn way faster but I randomly get the urge to practice learning languages only at night so I am righting this at 11 at night

I’m not one to rate apps, but I couldn’t help but rating this one. I am a beginner and don’t know the alphabet so this is a big help for me. There is almost no ads except if you get 5 questions wrong, or exit without completion. All in all this is an amazing app and I would recommend it.

An perfect app. On top of my writing review, this helps solidify the kana further. This extra practice let me remember the hiragana/katakana faster and allowed me to move on to kanji. Another plus is I am able to practice away from my desk when eating or riding the bus. Truly a great app and I recommend it to anyone trying to master the basic kana quickly.

The app’s way in teaching is awesome. Just if there a restart from the beginning button, it would be great for those who weren’t practicing for a while.

This app is all around good. You only get ads if you mess up five times. It does a good job showing the different syllables together making words instead of just forcing you to memorize the individual syllables. I wish there was a way to control what symbols I see at once so I can master sections easier. Overall it’s just a great app for learning kana. If I could change one thing I would make the stroke order available for people who want to write the syllables.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review but this one is so simple and easy to use I just had to. I tried other apps and it took me forever to understand how to use them and no I’m not some middle aged guy who doesn’t understand tech I’m 14 and the others were sooooo confusing. This really helps to. u should totally get it

Thanks for manufacturing this great app! Just for a joke, I think Google Ads might want to instead charge YOU for using their ads as punishment for learning mistakes XD! After all, the bothering of ads get amplified and brings out the effect exactly opposite to the marketing purpose the merchants are paying for.

This is now my absolute favorite Japanese learning app. I love the ad "punishment"- thank you devs for being clever and for not bugging us with ads constantly! I like how all characters are randomly tested, rather than by row, which I feel like doesn't help you actually learn the characters.
