I have paid for the whole package and on some parts, i.e. home, the videos work. The screen stays black. Tried to delete the app then re-download. Still has the same issues.

Thank you for this app Marlee! I love it!!! Update: 12/4/17 I just purchased the baby lessons and though it worked fine the first day, on the following day the screen went black and not my cell phone screen but only where Marlee is signing. I can’t see anything at all. Hope you can fix it. Thank you!

I had bought a few of the packages but had to delete the app on my old phone to open some space when I went to download it again it said to “restore” packages and I did but now the screen on them is black and won’t work. How can I fix this I want to learn ASL and I really love this app but I can’t use it :/

I am very disappointed, for about 2 weeks it was working very well but after I bought some more lessons they just turn black when I click on them. I wouldn’t recommend this app because it obviously is happing to everyone else.

Videos are black.i had purchased everything in the library on older iOS and it was fantastic. If it played I’d give 5 stars, but as I cannot use any of the purchased content 1 star it is

Issue using the app. All videos are just blank screens. Please fix it I love this app.

Black Screen on Purchases

Absolutely loved the first lesson package - the free one. So I bought a couple more and the screen is just black. I deleted and reinstalled, it thankfully restored my purchases, and worked for a couple minutes. Once I got out of the app and came back, they’d turned black again. Really frustrating. If this didn’t happen, I would rate this a 5. The app instructions say this black screen is due to poor internet, but I have fast internet and have attempted to delete and reinstall many times, it never works.
