This app was great at first but all but the 1st set of lessons show black screens, super disappointing because I spent money on the rest of the lessons!

I had to delete and reinstall to get back my purchased packs, but It works great and is very helpful for a beginner.

This app is AMAZING! I absolutely love it. I have learned SO much from this app. It's incredible how much you can learn in each package and it's only $2 for each additional package which is a steal. You can learn these on the internet, like everything else, but Marlee has been signing her entire life and knows what she is doing. I suggest downloading the free package and if you like it, additional packages are definitely worth it. Wish there were more packages!

I'm ten years old and definitely have a interest in signing. This app is a great way for anyone to learn sign language and it provides for all ages too. So far mine hasn't had a black screen but I also have a iOS (Apple iPhone) that might be a problem. Otherwise this is a wonderful app! I would like to make an update to my review I have had this app for about two years and I absolutely love it but when I got on they other day some of the screens were black and so far only my "you" lessons have been working. :( so please if you can fix this problem I know I would greatly appreciate it!! Thank you!!

Great app but bugs

I love this app but after a while the screens were turning black and I could no longer access some packages so I decide to look at the comments and multiple people are having this problem too and then I saw that if you deleted the app and then restored your purchases it would fix the bug. So I decided to try that and when I restored the purchases it said no purchases were found?! And I really loved learning this app but now I don't have access to all the purchases I had bought before. Please help!

I've had this app for years. I used it with my toddlers when they were infants and it worked great. But it's not working anymore. I only get A-Z. None of the FIVE lessons work. Not "you", "around you", "around town", or "baby sings". What gives...??

I have an issue with the screen turning black and after reading the comments I do t want to delete app and reinstall because people stated their purchases weren't restored. I love it when it works because the video is clear and can go in slow motion. I've always been a fan of Marlee as an actress and her teaching ASL is awesome but I purchased all the lessons and don't want to chance losing them all by deleting and reinstalling, it's not an issue of them never working it's that they stopped working so it was not a download issue. I'm losing my hearing and want to learn ASL as my granddaughter learned to sign before she could speak and I like teaching her new signs and look forward to teaching my other grandchildren. Good luck trying to get tech or app support the site it takes you too is not helpful at all. Very disappointing

The issues with a black screen are fixed only on the first level. The additional, purchased packages still don't work. Are we getting a refund?
