I don’t know what’s going on but after I updated the app I can’t buy anymore lessons, it keeps saying my internet is down but it’s not, I love this app cause it’s taught me a lot but if I can’t learn anymore due to an error on your part then I guess I’ll have to uninstall and look elsewhere for my lessons...

Loved it but it doesn’t work anymore

I bought this app awhile ago and have learned a lot from it. It showed enough words to help me communicate with a girl that works at a grocery store near me. But it doesn’t work anymore. Just keeps saying check internet connection for playing videos offline. But I already downloaded all the lessons to watch offline. So now I have to find a different app now.

I bought a few of the packages and was using the app for years. It’s a great app. But recently It has been indicating that I’m offline. I’ve checked all my settings and have confirmed I have full connection in general, with this app and as well as my cellular data. Seems like many people are having issues. I am purchasing packages that are not working.. what is going on?

Really enjoying the app but I have to refresh my purchases every time I log in. I would buy more packages but can’t find anywhere to get help. The contents I would give 5 stars but gave 3 because of technical issues.

I really liked the free lesson and video demonstrations so I bought the four other lessons. Thought it was great until I reviewed the info provided in each lesson and they repeat a lot provided in the other lessons (ie animals, letters, food, etc). So I feel like I paid for repeated info which doesn’t really seem fair or make it worth the value that I paid

I love the app, but have had to uninstall, reinstall, restore purchases. Often the screen is black. Today, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have a strong internet connection, but it won’t restore my purchases. I had purchased ALL of the lessons. Update: Today it restored my purchases, but the screen is still black. I have a strong internet connection, and did not at anytime lose the connection. I’m hard of hearing, and have been trying to practice my ASL. I’m very disappointed.

The black screen issue is sadly disappointing. This is one of the best apps as far as content but the black screen issue brings it down. If it worked fine then it would hands down be the best app for ASL
