Poor.

Splitwindowcoupe

Tracking of traffic is limited. Could be a lot better.

Foredeck

Deck orangutan

Had been just great but recently many ships previously tracked are coming up "no results" sometimes and now no port info- arrivals, etc. What's happened?

I work on the river thought it would be worth the money. It isn't. The free apps out there are better

Fun app

ShotenStar

I have been using it to watch the progress of a friend's yacht and some of the traffic in local waterways. Still a fun little diversion.

Freighter watching!

Altoannie

We use this every summer in the St. Lawrence River. In the past we used the boat nerd website but this is much easier to use. Our young nephews love freighters and not only use the app when they're up here but also use it when they're in New York so they can alert us to interesting freighters so we can take pictures to send them.

AIS

Trawler Tom

Very handy if you are near to a port. There are many dead spots in remote areas. Generally the AIS class A data is good and compares well to the shipboard display. AIS class B data is often missing and it frequently lags real time. Some target data is 10-20 hours old. It is fun to watch ships but it cannot be relied upon.

Sorry

Rodllew

Tried to locate a particular cruise ship. Location given was 9 hours old. Not very accurate.

Great App ?????

Want my coffee.

This is one app I really enjoy using. It's nice to follow ship and small boat traffic on where they came from and where they are going. I have only one minor complaint though. It would be nice to have an option to have the top of the map always pointed to the true direction I am facing, not north. Its difficult to line up the map to identify several ship across the horizon. Thank you.
