It great but… one thing

Ok so I have had Marco Polo for about a year and it’s awesome but I just got a new phone and had to reset everything up. But I will not show some of my friends contacts even if they send a polo to me. And I cannot find seconds. They are just gone. They are usually on the bottom but they not there. Super weird but otherwise it’s awesome and love chatting on it.

So today I went onto Marco Polo and I accidentally covered my camera and my whole screen went black so I covered my camera again and by the it was on screen and it went black again and I went on all of my other apps and games and covered my camera and it didn’t go black so I feel like when I cover it Marco Polo is like oh she covered her camera so we can’t see her so I’m gonna make her screen go black and right as I told my friend on Marco Polo about it it stopped so feel like Marco Polo was like oh no she catching onto us stop making her screen black so that’s how I feel like Marco Polo is watching me and it happens to my friends too so if it’s happening to you I recommend deleting Marco Polo

I use this app all the time and love it. Unfortunately recent updates made it so the app does not play audio through the car speakers when connected via Apple CarPlay. If I'm sitting my car during lunch and plugged in, the app audio won't play through the speakers....though it still stops the music apps from playing when I open the app. Another problem is that when I'm wearing a Bluetooth headset the app doesn't use the mix from the headset.

If Polo continues to include a family pkg in the upgraded Version, then it’s worth it! The yearly deal we signed up for included my husband & myself PLUS 4 other family members w/ Cell Phones. The upgrade includes better storage, the ability to play a polo at different speeds, and no “stalling” halfway during a message you are retrieving or sending! Soon we’ll be on a limited income, that’s our TOP dollar we could spend. Yet it’s so worth it for fun & effective communication with our out-of-town children & grandchildren!

This is my first time using Marco Polo. I’m still learning how to use it. But it is a wonderful means to communicate. It’s been 3 weeks now.

I love Marco Polo app because I can connect with my family and share silly moments when they are happening. Like my daughter’s basketball game or a happy Birthday dance or a snow day or just an adventure walk that brings something cool to share with my siblings and their kids. They can share and watch whenever they get the chance
