It doesn’t track and show your miles when running or after you completed a run. I guess you have to pay to get that option but why pay for that when there’s other app that have those feature for free

I use three running apps when training and this app is always off .20-.25 of a mile. Use to be a good app. What happened?

The app consistently miscalculates distance, by about 20%. It shows about 1.2 miles for every 1.0 mile I run. It totally messes with my pacing. This app is only useful as a stopwatch. But, my phone already comes with a stopwatch..,

A group of us used the app for the same run. Our distances varied in range from 1.5 miles to over 3; on a route we know was 3.1. Mine didn’t start because of the 50 million questions it asks. Also, the “hold to finish” is a horrible decision by the design team. I don’t want to hold a button when I’m sweaty, the phone is on my arm in a belt, and I’m just trying to finish a workout. I’ll be sticking with my Garmin and Strava.

App will not let me add new gear. Why does it seem every time there is an update something else goes wrong?

I’ve done several long training sessions (80+ mile bike rides) and have had the data completely disappear after the app says it’s been successfully saved. Worse than useless.

My last 2 run stats have not been accurate. Instead of reporting my time to me every half mile as I have it set, it was reporting every 2-3 minutes or just completely randomly (I don’t run a 6 minute mile). When the whole point of using a running app is to record your time and distance and they can’t even be trusted to be correct, the app is worthless.

When, some months ago, the app stopped working in sync with the watch app, I kept trying. But it’s really frustrating to have no viewable stats and no controls on my watch. Using my phone really takes me out of my zone. I tried again a week ago with the then-current update. Still no watch joy and, mid-run, after audio update of run stats, the volume on my music stayed down, impervious to any of my attempts to restore it for the rest of the run. And that’s when I gave up. I’m fighting the app more than it’s helping me. I’m now trying RunKeeper and, thus far, it seems a good fit.
