Hikes not saved and aren’t synced

So disappointed. My hikes are gone. My last hike won’t sync. Not sure what is going on. I love it when I am hiking but I want to keep track of what I have done. What am I missing?
Great when it works, but often buggy

The app sometimes fails to track my route, but it nevertheless keeps track of time, distance, heart rate, etc. The problem is only that my route doesn’t show up sometimes on the map. Also, it does not work flawlessly with the Apple Watch. If the bugs were eliminated, this would be 5 stars. There are a lot of features I don’t find useful, to include sharing workout info with other people. Why anyone would care where I hiked, how many calories I burned, and when I stopped to take a leak, etc., is beyond me. If that’s your cup of tea, then you’ll be pleased.

I gave it five stars because I used it so long and so often. But I have an iPhone 6S and the app is constantly pausing itself. It’s unusable now. Fortunately other walking apps still work. Looks like I’ll be using Gaia GPS.

The tracking of my hikes overestimates the distances by more than 30%, yet the company will not respond to my complaints and research the issue.
Please make it less easy to hit pause

I really like this app until it goes on pause by itself. I make sure I am not in the page where you click to pause and yet maybe 15% of the time I find the program in pause when I take the phone out of my pocket to check the walk.
App stopped working IOS 12.01 iPhone 6

App keeps pausing when I am walking. Tracked my hike correctly but only tallied 0.92 miles on a 4 mile hike. MapMyRide works just fine. So I use MapMyRide and set moving option to “Hiking”

Quit with updates. EVERY time I get one it changes something I was not expecting. This time the distance reporting. It changes when it wants. And what happened to steps. I do not like this app now takes to much time to overcome updates

Been using this app forever now after hiking 8 1/2 miles it shows only 1 1/2 miles and 30 mins instead of 4 hrs?!? But shows the whole trail I did, tracking works but everything else very bad ??♀️
