Best dependable trusty free app which doesn't have hidden costs you didn't elect to to sign up for. Works well with lots of info saved and map tracking. It will try to get you into social media that could subject one to stalkers. Other than that- GREAT!!!!?

I tried this for a year and I’m not real satisfied. Perhaps I’m carrying it too close in fanny pack it keeps pausing. I also can’t figure out how to correctly position the GPS. It shows I’m walking on water.

The app is off by almost 3 miles. I have pretty good cellular service where I walk so it wouldn’t be that. It said I walked 4.35 miles the day I used it, Apple health app said I did 2.5. I did some digging with maps on my phone and google maps and they both said similar miles when I put in the destination I walked from to the place I turned around to walk back.
Good but can’t open routes

I try to send routes from my computer to the app but when I do, the app freezes. I’d like to have a route saved before I go on a hike

Requires that you create an account before it will do anything. Having an online account is not necessary for what this app is supposed to do, so once again YOUR information is the product.

I first started hiking, biking, and skiing this trail over 40 years ago. I can’t do the biking and skiing anymore but I can still sure enjoy hiking the trail. It’s great to have a trail 20 minutes from home that I can enjoy any time of the year. You can make it as easy or as long as you want especially when you’re biking. We built 2 half mile sections so that we could ride a double loop. The Shingle Mill trail The forest service bill unfortunately is badly washed out now. There is an acceptable connecting trail that you can ride. It surprises me to be up here on a Saturday morning and not see a biker.

The previous issue with the forced country identification which led to an inability to use the app (because the button to select country would not work on my device) has been fixed. I use the app to log my hikes and has been very useful. I will rate the app higher if the occasional frozen screen at launch clears up. Overall, a very useful app.
