The app is broken

When the app is open it stays frozen on a loading screen saying authenticating. I tried to reach out to Crunchyroll support multiple times and got nothing.
Fine, when it works.

The app is not particularly special, but it gets the job done and I have read plenty of material with few complaints for the UI. The only complaint I have is that frequency that I have trouble loading anything. I feel like I constantly have to logout/in or even uninstall/reinstall the app to get it to load. It is really frustrating when I just want to check on the latest issue of Space Brothers quickly before bed.

Work fine before. But looks like support was drop for this app. I’m stuck on Authenticating screen, and won’t load pass that.
Wish it actually worked...

I’ve been using this app for about a year and a half now and i loved it but back in October it would never stop “Authenticating”. So i deleted the app and re-downloaded it and still nothing. I even cancelled my subscription for two months and started it back up only to sit thru another 20 minutes of “Authenticating” before i gave up... I just wanna read my manga man..

Some connection issues and very little selection for manga I’ve read about 4 mangas on the app that I love and there are only a few more that aren’t very good.

Frequently runs into technical difficulties that require reloading but when it works it's cool. Decent reader, decent library.

This app doesn’t have everything from the desktop site. It seems to have mostly popular stuff, which is disappointing if what you want to read isn’t popular.

I totally love this app!! When ever I have any free time I’m ether watching anime on Crunchyroll or reading manga. If you are as anime and manga crazy as I am, I would really suggest this app. They have a really wide verity of anime and manga, so I don’t think I’ll run out any time soon!??
